After Tucker Westmore mysteriously collapses, it turns out he had some internal damage done from the car crash he was recently in. Because of this, he is in need of a blood transfusion, and after the surgery is over Nurse Carol alerts Rosie and Shannon that he's going to be just fine. She reveals that Tucker is in recovery so they can see him now, but one at a time; Rosie ushers Shannon to go, assuring that she can wait. Carol asks Rosie if she has any other questions, which Rosie denies, simply commenting that she is so glad Spence was able to donate blood for the surgery. However, Carol then clarifies that they actually had to use blood from the bank because Spence and Tucker aren't a match. Rosie is confused though, stating that Spence is Tucker's father; Carol questions if Rosie means his adoptive father, but she claims that she means his real father. It's then that Carol realizes she probably shouldn't be discussing this, but this only makes Rosie even more nervous, as she asks if what Carol is trying to say is that Spence isn't Tucker's real father. All Carol says in response though is that Rosie didn't hear that from her. As Carol walks away, it's then that Rosie realizes she has discovered Peri Westmore's biggest secret.
