Ernesto Falta became apart of the drug Cartel in Mexico, but hid this from Rosie and he was formally a policeman. Rosie thought that Ernesto was killed by the drug cartel, only to find out he was actually a member 5 years before she came to America. The drug cartel was an organised crime group but was almost outed by a reporter.
