The student is a teenage boy who attends the same school as Ethan, Ty, Carter, and Jason. He witnesses the cops going through Ethan's locker after learning he is one of the men who have been robbing Beverly Hills homes. He appears in "Proof".

At the high school where Ethan Sinclair attends, a student watches as the police go through Ethan's locker. Ty and Carter see what is happening and ask the student what is going on. The student explains that the police have a warrant because they believe that Ethan is apart of the home invasion group. Ty and Carter are shocked and nervous. Carter says that that is messed up, hoping for the student not to suspect him. The student also explains that the cops are talking to other kids now, trying to find out who else is apart of the robbery gang. He then asks if Ty and Carter knew Ethan. Ty lies, saying that they don't really. Carter tells Ty that they need to head to chemistry. They proceed to walk away from the student; Ty says that they need to come up with a plan, fast. Carter replies that until they do, they have to stay cool. ("Proof")
