Biography

Life and Career

Victor Levin was born in New York City and raised there and in Rockland County, New York. He wrote Dramatic Publishing Company's Death in Scarsdale while a student at Amherst College. Since then, he has gone on to a prolific career writing for film and television. He is best known for his work on the NBC television series "Mad About You," and for the feature film Win a Date with Tad Hamilton! He has shared a Golden Globe and three Emmy nominations. He also writes Sent:, an ongoing epistolary email novel that can be found at Sentthenovel.com. Levin is married to the violinist Jennifer Gordon Levin. They make their home in Los Angeles and have two daughters, Zoe and Amelia.
